For seventeen years I worked as a hairstylist. For nearly fifteen of those years I built relationships at Bella Trio Salon and Spa in North Carolina, with clients who became far more than appointments on a schedule.
Five years ago I stepped into a new role as Marketing Director for all three Bella Trio locations. That is where everything shifted.
I learned what it takes to manage marketing for a real business with real constraints. Three locations. More than fifty providers. Limited time and budget. And the constant pressure to show up online while still running day-to-day operations.
What worked was not posting more. It was not chasing trends. It was clarity, systems, consistency, and a strategy built around the people we serve.
